PJ After Party

Friday, December 6,. 2024 – following LV Quilters Holiday Party – Saturday, December 7, 2024 until 6pm. $25.00

Bring your favorite comfy PJ’s, BYOB, and your project of the moment and join us to finish out the night and start into the Holiday Crunch time!

We will have some munchies on Friday night. Breakfast on your own Saturday am and Yakety Yax Creative Haven, LLC will provide lunch on Saturday.

Seasonal Soiree
Thursday, December 12, 2024 starting at 2 pm until Sunday, December 15, 2024 at 12 noon. $100.00

Yakety Yax Creative Haven, LLC will be hosting a “Seasonal Soiree” to give you time to finish projects before the holidays! Of course, you are free to come & go as often as you want during any of these days.

We have 10 twin beds across 3 bedrooms. Each attendee will have a dedicated work space all to themselves, as well as linens/towels for the whole retreat, some treats and goodies. Everyone will receive a coupon for a freebie with your name tag – like we did for the soft open. (We will have a different vendor.)

If you need scissors/knife sharpened, please let me know and I will schedule Lynn for sharpening.

To keep costs down and have somewhat of an organized eating schedule, we will pair up for meals. Breakfast will be on your own. There will be 2-gal teams in charge of each lunch/dinner/dessert which includes buying food, preparing/cooking food & clean up. Please let me know if there is someone you know who is going and would like to pair with for a meal. If you don’t know anyone, I can pair you with someone. Let me know which meal you would like to prepare and I will do my best to assign you to that one. Please forward any food allergies/dietary restrictions so we can accommodate for them.

Donations for Prizes – Please bring 2 items from your Quilt room/stash you are willing to donate to the prize table so the winners of the raffle can pick out a prize. Please do not wrap it
